The 2017 NHL Entry Draft was by no means the most exciting we’ve seen in recent history, but nevertheless it brought in a whole host of new talent. Who knows where they’ll end up, but there was certainly no shortage. With the most (of course) drafted from Canada, the next runner up was US born hockey players. Sweden and Finland provided their fair share as well. Russia, this year, not so much. Interestingly enough, we did see another Norwegian joining the ranks at the 213th overall pick. Maybe now Mats Zuccarello won’t be so lonely provided the kid makes it into the big leagues.
For now, though, here are the results of the last 4 rounds of the draft:
